About Grace and Space

The practice provides counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, relationship stress, and life transitions. Through individual and family counseling, as well as partnerships with schools and community organizations, Grace and Space Counseling Services supports the emotional health and well-being of the communities it serves.

At Grace and Space, counseling is centered on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop practical strategies for navigating difficult emotions and life circumstances.

The goal is not only to address immediate concerns, but also to equip individuals and families with tools that support long-term emotional wellness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.

The name Grace and Space reflects the heart of the counseling process.

Grace represents compassion, understanding, and acceptance during life’s difficult moments. It reminds us that everyone experiences struggles, and healing begins when individuals are met with empathy rather than judgment.

Space represents the room we all need to reflect, process, and grow. Counseling provides a space where individuals and families can explore emotions, work through challenges, and develop healthier ways of navigating life together.

Together, grace and space create the conditions where healing and growth can take place. When people are given both compassion and the freedom to explore their experiences, they are better able to move forward with clarity, resilience, and hope.
